Nature’s Blend is manufactured in the beautiful Sonoran Desert of Casa Grande, Arizona. Nature’s Blend quality unit includes an in-house, state-of-the-art analytical laboratory to ensure uncompromising quality. Our product line includes a wide range of dosage forms, from soft gels and tablets to liquids. We are a Food and Drug Administration registered and also have a GMP certification from the Natural Products Association.

The Quality Unit
National Vitamin Company’s quality unit comprises of Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) departments. It includes a leading edge, in-house analytical laboratory that maintains high standards through the cycle – from the procurement of raw materials to the final manufacturing stage of finished goods.
The QC lab includes the most technically advanced physical, water, analytical, and microbiological testing equipment in the market. With technically trained QC personnel and on-site biochemists, National Vitamin Company’s quality unit ranks among of the leaders in the industry. The quality unit’s mission is to define, devise, test, and enforce material standards and personnel performance on each product to ensure the integrity and safety of every product National Vitamin Company manufactures and distributes.

Disintegration
This applies to all tablets that are not chewable. This test is designed to ensure that all tablets will disintegrate within 30 minutes or less. Most tablets manufactured by National Vitamin Company disintegrate in 10 minutes or less, with the exception of timed-release products.
Dissolution
The test is designed to ensure usability of the active ingredients in any water-soluble tablet. The NVC standard is to have 75% of the active ingredients utilized in the body’s system within 30 to 60 minutes after consumption of the tablet.
Assay
In compliance with the United States Pharmacopeia (USP) standards and Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 111 requirements, the procedures for assay methods are designed to ensure identity, strength, quality and purity. The results for each tablet or capsule confirm the active ingredient quantities labeled on each of the products.
GMP Certified
NVC operates in accordance with the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) as stated in the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 211 for drugs and CFR 111 for dietary supplements. After a vigorous independent audit, Natural Products Association granted National Vitamin Company a GMP Certification.
