Refund Policy
Refunds will be provided on a case by case basis upon approval of our customer service department at info@naturesblendshop.com. We will do our best to take care of our customers’ refund and return needs and ensure the decisions made on each case is fair.
In-Store credit and credit
We process orders, shipments, returns and refunds Monday-Thursday from 7:30-4:30 and Friday from 8:00-12:00 MST. In store credit will be available immediately upon approval. Refunds will be processed through PayPal within 11 business days. Contact our customer support team at info@naturesblendshop.com in the event that refunds have not been sent within the 11 business day period.
Credit Expiration
All refunds past 30 days will only be issued as in store credit which is available immediately after receipt. In store credit must be used within 90 days of receiving the credit. Unused store credit beyond the aforementioned 90 day period will be considered null and void.
Opened Items
Nature’s Blend reserves the right to use our discretion for any opened or used items. These items may be eligible for in store credit only.
Damaged goods
All products should be inspected by the receiving party upon receipt. Our customer service team at info@naturesblendshop.com should be contacted immediately within 48 hours of receiving the product if the product was damaged during transit. Images and details of the damage should be sent to our customer support team to confirm the issues with the product. Damaged goods are eligible for in store credit with approval from our customer service team.
