We accept items returned 30 days from the shipping date that have not been opened, used, or damaged. Refunds are granted for the purchase price of the product, minus the shipping cost of the product. Store credit is provided in the instance that the product is opened, used, or in a non-resalable condition. All returns and refunds are to be approved by our customer service department
Any issues or problems for orders that have arrived late should be reported to our customer service team at email@example.com within 30 days of the product’s order ship date. Orders that are not reported within 30 days of the ship date will not be eligible for refund or credit.
Any returned orders are eligible for a full refund in case of an address error on our part. If an incorrect address was entered by us at the time of ordering, Nature’s Blend reserves the right to offer in store credit at our discretion. If we receive a package that has been returned by the shipping company we will refund your order less shipping cost at your request.
After 30 days?
Items that are over 30 days from the shipping date will only be eligible for return on a case by case basis. Late returns are subject to a 25% stocking fee. All returns must have prior approval from our customer service department and must include the RMA (return authorization) number on the return packaging.
