Refund Policy & Returns

We accept returned items 30 days from the ship date that have not been opened or used. Refunds are granted for the purchase price of the product less the shipping cost. Items that have been opened, used, or are not in a resalable condition are not eligible for a cash refund but may be eligible for an in store credit. All returns and refunds must be approved by our customer service department.

Any issues or problems with orders that did not arrive on time should be reported to our Customer Service team at info@nationalvitamin.com within 30 days of your order ship date and may be eligible for an in store credit. Orders that are not reported within 30 days of the ship date will not be eligible for refund or credit.

Returned Orders – Any returned orders are eligible for a full refund if the address error was a mistake of ours. If an incorrect address was entered at the time of order, National Vitamin Company reserves the right to offer an in store credit at our discretion. If we receive a package that has been returned by the shipping company we will refund your order less shipping cost at your request.

After 30 days?

Items that are over 30 days from the ship date are only taken back on a case by case basis and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All returns must have prior approval from our customer service department and must include the RMA (return authorization) number on the return packaging.

Opened Items –

National Vitamin Company reserves the right to use our discretion for any opened or used items. These items may be eligible for an in store credit only.

Damaged goods?

Products should be inspected once delivered and if a product is damaged during shipping you must contact our customer service team at info@nationalvitamin.com within 48 hours of receiving the product and include images and details of the damage. Damaged goods are eligible for an in store credit with approval from our customer service team.

In-Store credits and credits from returns –

We process orders, shipments, returns and refunds Monday-Thursday from 7:30-4:30 and Friday from 8:00-12:00 MST. In store credits will be available immediately upon approval. Refunds will be processed through PayPal within 3-5 business days but may take longer depending on your bank.

Credit Expiration –

All refunds past 30 days will be issued as an in store credit. In store credits must be used within 90 days of receiving the credit.

Returns must include an RMA on the package and be sent to:

While National Vitamin Company is not responsible for items after they have been shipped, we will do our best to take care of our customers. We do reserve the right to handle each case with our discretion.
